Rules

1.     You must listen to the coaches that are instructing the classes.  They have other members that they need to be concerned with and the entirety of the class and it’s well being takes precedence over your individual training.  Even though you may have a higher level of expertise due to your participation in this program and your experience in Crossfit it is expected that you honor the instructors.

2.     Refrain from criticizing the non competitive members of CF702.  Some people are here for fitness alone.  Leave the coaching up to the coaches.  There will be plenty of room for healthy competition amongst the members of Humanik Performance.  Flexibility, Range of motion, and all manners of competition will be adequately addressed amongst our group of elite athletes.

3.     Participation in this program requires that you relinquish control of your training.  If it is deemed that you are over training you will be asked to take a day or two off.  It is expected that you do so.  You may also be asked to stop in the middle of your workout.  Your time is not as important as your health.  If asked to stop you must do so immediately.  Failure to follow these directions will jeoprodize your participation in this program.

4.     Inform the coaches of any injuries you may have.

5.     The use of banned or illegal performance enhancing substances will not be tolerated.

The highest compliment that you can pay me is to say that I work hard every day, that I never dog it.
